Up until now, I had always thought whitewashed trees didn't look very nice, but this one, thanks to the ton sur ton effect with the roses at its feet, enchanted us. The photo was taken just before sunset in garden of the Château de Noyelles, Noyelles-sur-Somme.
Planning a garden? Remember that white flowers are always the last visible as the sun goes down.
